Role Overview and Responsibilities

• Inspect vehicle surfaces before and after polishing to detect scratches, stains, holograms, and other paint imperfections.
• Perform technical sanding as needed to prepare surfaces.
• Properly operate polishing equipment including polishers, pads, and polishing compounds.
• Protect delicate areas such as rubber seals, plastics, and other sensitive parts during polishing.
• Control pressure and temperature during the polishing process to prevent paint damage.
• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of tools, pads, and equipment used in the polishing work.
• Adhere to the company’s quality and safety standards while performing tasks.

Preferred Background

Experience working as a Vehicle Washer, Automotive Detailer, Vehicle Aesthetics Specialist, or Polishing Technician may provide relevant skills for this position.

Requirements

• Educational Level: Incomplete high school education is acceptable.
• Prior work experience in a similar role is mandatory.
