Polarion Developer

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Polarion Developer to join our team in Hyderabad, India. This role involves extensive work with Polarion Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) including configuration, customization, and administration. You will be responsible for developing plugins, widgets, scripting, and customizing reporting pages to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and customize Polarion ALM to support requirements management, MS Office integration, code, builds, release, and test case management.
• Develop project and export templates within Polarion.
• Use Polarion APIs for system enhancement and integration tasks.
• Integrate Polarion with Siemens Teamcenter, other Polarion instances, and third-party tools including JIRA, Salesforce, and Jenkins.
• Design Polarion data models based on business requirements.
• Manage data migration efforts into Polarion from other systems.
• Lead projects and coordinate with teams to handle customer requirements effectively.

Required Skills & Expertise

• Hands-on experience as a full-stack developer with Java and PostgreSQL backend.
• Strong skills in front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript including Fetch API/AJAX.
• Experienced with Postman for API testing.
• Exposure to GitHub Enterprise and Atlassian JIRA for version control and issue tracking.
• Excellent communication skills to address customer needs and internal coordination.
