Role Overview

The Podcast Producer will be part of Mothership’s Audio Projects team, focused on developing a new narrative-driven podcast series. This role involves collaborating with enthusiastic colleagues dedicated to producing engaging audio content.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce entertaining and insightful podcast episodes.
• Research diverse topics that resonate with target audiences.
• Identify, approach, and establish rapport with guests and key figures.
• Create scripts and pitch compelling story ideas.
• Design and implement marketing initiatives for the podcast.

Who Should Apply?

The ideal candidate has prior experience in writing, journalism, podcasting, or show hosting. Familiarity with audio production and editing tools and knowledge of narrative or story-driven audio formats is advantageous.
