About the Role
Aventus is looking for three seasoned professionals to fill PMO / Project Manager positions on a 12-month contract in Doha, Qatar. The roles demand expertise in PMO, project governance, and delivery, especially within Global Markets domains.
Domain Expertise
- Experience in Commodities or Commodity Trading
- Expertise in Fixed Income (FI)
- Knowledge of Global Markets Cross-Selling
Primary Responsibilities
- Lead and synchronize strategic initiatives that encompass both business and technology.
- Oversee project schedules, budgets, risk management, and dependencies.
- Support executive governance meetings and maintain reporting and stakeholder engagement.
- Monitor project deliverables ensuring coherent execution across diverse workstreams.
- Collaborate closely with business units, technology teams, and senior management to meet project goals.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in PMO, Project, or Programme Management roles.
- Solid foundation in project governance and delivery.
- Professional background in Global Markets, Capital Markets, Investment Banking, or Trading sectors.
- Exceptional skills in stakeholder management and communication.
- Capacity to juggle multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.
