• Promptly respond to plumbing service requests and emergencies submitted by guests and team members.
• Install and maintain plumbing fixtures such as toilets, sinks, baths, and related appliances, ensuring optimal functionality.
• Partner with contractors to assist in fitting bathrooms and plumbing for new construction or renovations.
• Conduct daily plumbing inspections, identify unsafe conditions, and guarantee compliance with safety regulations.
• Lead monthly safety inspections and oversee training initiatives to educate staff on plumbing safety protocols.
