Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced PLC Programmer / Automation Engineer responsible for designing, developing, and supporting automation solutions focused on EMS manufacturing, SPM equipment, automated testing fixtures, and production machinery.

Key Responsibilities

• Program PLC systems and develop HMI interfaces.
• Automate SPM machines, commission equipment, and create automated PCB test fixtures.
• Develop automation for functional testing (FCT), in-circuit testing (ICT), and end-of-line test systems.
• Perform wiring of control panels and handle electrical integration including pogo pin fixture troubleshooting.
• Manage servo motor wiring, tuning, and commissioning for motion control tasks.

Required and Preferred Skills

• Expertise with PLC platforms such as Siemens, Delta, Mitsubishi, Allen Bradley, and Omron.
• Proficient in HMI design, industrial communication protocols, servo motor integration, motion control, pneumatic systems, electrical panel wiring, test fixture development, and PCB functional testing.
• Preferred skills include LabVIEW programming, NI DAQ instrumentation, automated FCT and ICT fixture development, barcode and traceability system integration, machine vision, and knowledge of SMT and PCB assembly within EMS environments.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, or Automation Engineering.
• Between 3 to 8 years of practical experience in PLC programming, SPM design, EMS automation, or industrial automation development.
• Preference for candidates who can join immediately.
