PLC Programmer

Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Automation Engineer specialized in designing, developing, and commissioning industrial automation systems. The ideal candidate will have expertise in programming PLCs and SCADA, managing on-site commissioning, coordinating with customers, and providing support after installation.

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret technical requirements from customers to develop tailored automation solutions.
• Create PLC programs to control industrial automation processes.
• Design and implement SCADA and HMI software for effective system monitoring and control.
• Lead on-site commissioning activities and manage project implementation.
• Collaborate actively with customers and stakeholders during site operations.
• Provide troubleshooting and technical support following commissioning.
• Maintain and service third-party automation equipment as required.
• Document technical details and project progress thoroughly.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Practical experience with industrial projects involving advanced PLC logic and SCADA design and troubleshooting alongside DCS systems.
• Strong understanding of industrial automation principles and control system fundamentals.
• Ability to independently manage site responsibilities and customer interactions.
• Familiarity with industrial field environments and operational challenges.
