Role Overview

The High Net Worth Individual (HNI) Relationship Manager is responsible for managing a dedicated portfolio of HNI clients, integrating the bank's range of products, services, and resources to optimize both client satisfaction and bank profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the banking and investment relationships with Au Royale clients, driving growth in liabilities and investments within the HNI segment.
• Increase CASA balances through deepening existing relationships or acquiring new NTB Royale customers.
• Identify and address potential problem accounts promptly, implementing effective risk mitigation plans.
• Manage client migration across customer segments and HNI business classifications.
• Enhance portfolio profitability by migrating customers toward electronic banking channels and leveraging multi-channel strategies.
• Provide exceptional service quality that surpasses client expectations for the top-tier customer segment.
• Ensure all sales activities are properly documented online following organizational CRM processes.
• Expand HNI customer relationships by promoting liability products and retail assets.
• Communicate new product launches and feature enhancements to clients for relationship expansion.
• Conduct detailed client profiling using CRM tools to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
• Comply with KYC and AML regulations and adhere strictly to bank policies and guidelines relevant to the role.
