Role Overview

We seek an enthusiastic and driven Platform Engineer experienced in fostering a DevOps culture within technology teams. This role focuses on delivering an outstanding developer experience, empowering engineers to build products swiftly, securely, and with high quality. You will have significant autonomy to develop solutions addressing complex challenges that facilitate efficient product development.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement robust infrastructure as code templates and modules to support engineering projects.
• Manage and deploy AWS multi-account core infrastructure, enforcing security best practices across the cloud environment.
• Create and optimize CI/CD pipelines to enable frequent and reliable software releases.
• Develop a developer portal offering a service catalog and useful DevOps plugins for the engineering team.
• Contribute to observability practices by defining SLI/SLO metrics and reports balancing speed and reliability.
• Participate in developing internal and open-source projects that enhance the developer experience.

Candidate Profile

• Strong familiarity with AWS services such as ECS, EC2, Lambda, VPC, IAM, Route 53, CloudFront, S3, and RDS.
• Knowledge of monitoring and logging solutions; experience with OpenTelemetry, AWS CloudWatch, and SigNoz is advantageous.
• Basic Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) skills, including alerting and incident management tools like PagerDuty.
• Proven experience building and supporting scalable CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficiency with Linux, Git, Docker, and scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Go.
• Experience with infrastructure definition using Terraform.
• Comfortable working within Agile methodologies.
• Strong desire to learn and improve continuously.
• PassION for enhancing developer experience and a solid understanding of Platform Engineering principles.
• Previous fintech experience is beneficial but not required.
