Plant Supervisor

Job Overview

The position of Plant Supervisor is based in Manjari Budruk / Hadapsar, Pune. Candidates should hold a B.Sc. degree in Chemistry or Microbiology and possess between one to two years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily activities of the plant and manage production processes efficiently.
• Ensure production runs smoothly following the planned schedule.
• Manage workforce by assigning duties appropriately and monitoring manpower.
• Liaise with Quality Control and other departments to guarantee seamless operations.
• Uphold company protocols relating to production procedures, including safety, hygiene, and quality parameters.
• Supervise correct utilization of machinery, equipment, and materials in production.
• Keep detailed daily records of production outputs and operational reports.
• Detect any operational problems and report findings to management.
• Enforce discipline and safety measures among employees within the workplace.
• Support initiatives aimed at enhancing productivity and reducing waste of materials.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper upkeep of production areas at all times.
