Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Plant Supervisor at Om Greentech Industries located in Aurangabad, Maharashtra. The role involves comprehensive oversight of plant operations to ensure quality, efficiency, and smooth workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and verify the quality and quantity of incoming raw materials at the facility.
• Coordinate with labour contractors to manage plant activities effectively and maintain seamless operations.
• Keep detailed and accurate records of all daily material inflow and outflow.
• Manage weighbridge operations, ensuring prompt and accurate data logging.
• Track stock levels for spare parts and consumables, ensuring availability as needed.
• Regularly record and maintain employee attendance data.
• Submit operational and attendance reports punctually to the office for review.
• Foster and sustain strong relationships with farmers and suppliers to guarantee a steady supply chain.
• Compile and review weekly plant material requirements and communicate them to management.
• Identify potential operational issues and support initiatives to enhance plant productivity.

Compensation

The position offers a monthly salary ranging from 15000 to 18000 INR.
