Plant / Factory Manager

About the Role

Asylum Phytopharma is seeking a dedicated Production and Plant Manager to oversee manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for running machinery, assembling and inspecting products to uphold quality, and managing inventory on the production floor within a dynamic and growing sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and supervise manufacturing equipment efficiently.
• Assemble, package, and thoroughly inspect products following established company protocols.
• Maintain detailed records and oversee the inventory in the tool room.
• Perform preventive maintenance on machinery to circumvent breakdowns and production halts.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and quality norms throughout the production process.
• Work collaboratively with teams to improve tooling and carry out trials for new molds.
• Manage and lead teams while maintaining positive behavior and work ethics.

Job Requirements

• Must have a minimum qualification of a Diploma.
• Possess 2 to 3 years of prior experience in manufacturing or related environments.
• Exhibit strong attention to detail and physical endurance.
• Ability to adhere strictly to given instructions and operational guidelines.

Compensation

The position offers a monthly in-hand salary ranging from ₹20,000 to ₹30,000.
