About the Role
Center Core, a civil construction firm based in Dubai, is seeking a Planning Engineer to strengthen their project management team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain baseline project schedules using Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
- Track project progress and produce weekly and monthly updates.
- Conduct S-curve analyses comparing planned timelines against actual progress.
- Manage resource allocation and monitor productivity levels.
- Generate weekly comparison reports to monitor advancements.
- Perform delay evaluations and formulate mitigation or recovery plans.
- Create client presentations on a weekly/monthly basis, ensuring a clear and comprehensive narrative.
- Collaborate closely with site teams to update plans and align execution strategies.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering.
- Prior experience in construction planning, preferably in demolition, steel, or structural projects.
- Proficient in Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project scheduling software.
- Strong skills in reporting and delivering presentations.
- Immediate availability for joining is highly preferred.
