Job description
Role Overview
This position supports the execution phase of projects by formulating, supervising, and managing project timelines to ensure task completion aligns with contract deadlines.
Primary Responsibilities
- Create and revise project timelines utilizing Primavera P6 and MS Project software.
- Establish baseline schedules along with detailed weekly and monthly execution frameworks.
- Collaborate with engineering, procurement, fabrication, and on-site teams to synchronize scheduling efforts.
- Detect critical path tasks and foresee risks that could impact project deadlines.
- Monitor day-to-day and weekly progress, benchmarking planned activities against actual execution.
- Evaluate causes of delays and propose strategies for schedule recovery.
- Develop look-ahead schedules complemented by workforce and equipment allocation forecasts.
- Oversee material supply status to confirm it meets timing requirements.
