Role Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Placement Manager to lead our efforts in securing employment opportunities for our students. This full-time, on-site position based in Saket, Delhi involves managing the entire placement lifecycle and working closely with companies and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the complete placement process for students from start to finish.
- Develop and sustain strong partnerships with corporate recruiters and organizations.
- Identify appropriate job openings and internship options suitable for students.
- Coordinate and conduct campus recruitment drives, interviews, and placement-related events.
- Prepare students for their interviews by organizing training sessions and mock interviews.
- Maintain accurate placement records and provide regular progress reports to management.
- Collaborate with various departments to maximize successful placement outcomes.
Candidate Requirements
- At least one year of experience in placement, recruitment, or talent acquisition, preferably within the education or training domain.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven capability to establish and nurture relationships with corporate clients.
- Strong organizational skills and diligent follow-up practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Eligibility and Additional Conditions
- Applicants must have prior professional experience; fresh graduates and those with only internship experience are not eligible.
- Applicants must reside within Delhi or Gurgaon; candidates from other locations will not be considered.
- This role requires physical presence; all interviews will be conducted face-to-face, with no virtual interview options.
- Preference is given to candidates available for immediate joining.
