Placement Manager

Job Overview

The Placement Manager will be chiefly accountable for identifying key employers within urban areas who offer placement opportunities to Anudip students. This role involves aligning students with company requirements through pre-placement profiling and establishing partnerships for manpower recruitment with company directors and HR leaders.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify major employers providing urban placements to students.
• Match students to employers based on job criteria and pre-placement assessments.
• Engage with company directors and HR managers to understand manpower needs and formalize placement collaborations.
• Coordinate placement procedures and follow-up on placed students across branches.
• Drive revenue generation for the organization through successful student placements.
• Maintain accurate documentation related to pre-placement and post-placement processes.
• Keep and update the student database systematically.
• Communicate job opening details to students once client requirements are obtained.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about job opportunities and trends.
• Continuously collaborate with managers and trainers for smooth placement operations.
• Perform any additional duties as assigned in line with organizational needs.
