Role Overview
We are looking for a diligent and proactive Placement Coordinator to join our Business Development Team. This role involves facilitating valuable industry placements for students enrolled in T Levels, Work Experience programs, and Higher Education courses. The coordinator will collaborate with employers, curriculum teams, and students to ensure placements meet educational objectives and offer meaningful work experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with curriculum teams and employers to develop placement opportunities that have clear goals and align with educational requirements.
- Assist students in preparation for placements, including helping with CV writing, managing interview scheduling, and clarifying employer expectations.
- Keep accurate records of placement activities, ensuring compliance with Department for Education (DfE), Quality Assurance Agency (QAA), and internal quality standards, especially regarding student safety protocols.
- Gather feedback from both employers and students to continuously enhance the quality and range of placement experiences, working alongside Careers and programme teams.
