About the Role
Join the well-known Montica pizza truck team, serving authentic Neapolitan-style pizzas from Brisbane's scenic parks. We are seeking skilled pizza makers for full-time or part-time roles as we expand our operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Hand stretch, launch, and turn pizzas expertly, with a focus on Neapolitan pizza style.
- Lead and guide junior pizza-making staff to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Maintain high standards in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Manage sales, minimize wastage, and help improve profitability with a commercial mindset.
- Drive the pizza truck confidently and learn how to tow a trailer as needed.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of one year of pizza-making experience, preferably with Neapolitan pizza techniques.
- Australian working rights are mandatory.
- Physical capability to lift over 30kg regularly.
- Proven reliability, organizational skills, high energy, and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude, a collaborative team-player, and quick to learn.
Compensation & Work Details
Annual salary ranges from $75,000 to $90,000, commensurate with experience.
