Job Overview
We are seeking male and female candidates to join Meesho's warehouse as Picker / Packer staff based in Agra. This role involves selecting and packaging goods efficiently to fulfill customer orders.
Work Schedule and Compensation
The position offers a 9-hour working day with three shifts available: morning, afternoon, and night. The monthly salary is ₹13,300 along with overtime pay and incentives.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum educational qualification: 8th to 10th pass
- Age between 18 to 35 years
- Open to both freshers and experienced candidates
- Male and female candidates are encouraged to apply
Primary Responsibilities
- Picking goods from the warehouse inventory
- Packing items and affixing labels correctly before placing them in containers
- Preparing accurate deliveries according to order details
- Scanning shipments using scanning equipment to track orders
