About the Role
This position is based at a warehouse in Ghaziabad Dadri, operated by Zepto. The facility functions as a cold storage environment maintained at -18°C. The primary responsibilities involve picking and packing goods efficiently under these conditions.
Compensation and Benefits
- Gross monthly salary of approximately 19,000 INR, with an estimated in-hand salary of 16,500 INR.
- An attendance bonus of 3,000 INR is awarded for maintaining 26 days of presence.
- Eligible employees also benefit from Provident Fund (PF) and Employee State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) coverage.
- Rotational shifts are part of the work schedule.
- Overtime is compensated at 120 INR per hour.
