Job Overview
Astro HR Solutions Private Limited is hiring for the role of Picker / Packer to work at Amazon / first club locations across Bangalore. Opportunities are available for both full-time and part-time positions.
Shift Details
Work will be conducted in rotational shifts, including day and night shifts, based on the business requirements.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly salary ranging from ₹21,000 to ₹22,000
- Incentives up to ₹4,000 per month
- Attendance bonus of ₹1,000 per month
Job Duties
- Perform picking and packing operations efficiently
- Ensure cleanliness and safety standards are upheld within the warehouse
- Adhere to company policies and follow instructions from supervisors
Eligibility Requirements
- Minimum education level of 10th grade pass
- Physically capable of managing warehouse tasks
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts
- Basic knowledge of warehouse operations is preferred but not mandatory
Work Location
The role is based at multiple sites throughout Bangalore city.
