About the Role
Swiggy Instamart is urgently recruiting for the position of Picker & Packer at various locations across Chennai. The role involves selecting grocery products from shelves and packing them carefully for delivery.
Job Responsibilities
- Accurately picking grocery items from shelves according to order requirements.
- Packaging items securely to ensure safe delivery.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly salary ranging from ₹17,500 to ₹21,000.
- Additional incentives including attendance bonus of ₹2,000.
- Overtime payment between ₹90 to ₹120 per hour.
- Night shift allowance for those working late hours.
- Joining bonus provided upon starting the job.
Working Schedule
- Shifts available: Morning, Afternoon, and Night.
- Both part-time and full-time positions open for application.
