Job Role
The position is for a Picker / Packer Loader responsible for handling grocery deliveries.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect grocery orders from designated stores accurately.
- Ensure safe and timely delivery of orders to customers.
- Adhere to delivery instructions provided via the company's application.
- Maintain courteous and professional conduct with customers.
- Complete all assigned delivery tasks promptly and accurately.
App and Customer Interaction
- Utilize the company’s delivery application to accept and manage orders effectively.
- Follow navigation guidance and app directions during deliveries.
- Engage with customers professionally when communication is needed.
Requirements
- Possession of a valid driving license.
- Ownership of a two-wheeler vehicle.
- Smartphone with active internet connectivity.
- Basic familiarity with mobile applications and ability to operate delivery and navigation apps.
