Role Overview
We are seeking diligent and dependable Pickers to become a part of the Flipkart Minutes team. The primary responsibility is to select items from the warehouse according to customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely handoff of products.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately select items based on customer order details.
- Verify product quantity, quality, and check expiry dates when applicable.
- Organize products systematically and ensure the storage area remains clean.
- Package selected items appropriately or pass them to the designated team members.
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and company policies.
- Complete all assigned orders within stipulated deadlines.
- Collaborate with warehouse and delivery teams as necessary for smooth operations.
