Picker / Packer

Primary Duties

As a Picker / Packer at Blinkit Private Limited, you will be responsible for overseeing storage, keeping track of inventory, and managing order distribution within the warehouse. Working closely with the supply chain team, you will ensure that goods are correctly stored and dispatched in an efficient and timely manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Receiving, packing, and sending out goods while accurately maintaining stock records.
• Providing training to team members on proper material handling, including safe practices for hazardous products.
• Ensuring that all products are labeled correctly and placed in designated storage locations.
• Performing quality control checks to guarantee only premium products are sent out.
• Updating records promptly by processing all receipts and inventory changes.

Job Requirements

• Minimum educational qualification of 10th grade pass.
• Experience ranging from zero to six months is acceptable.
• Strong organizational abilities with keen attention to detail.
• Familiarity with inventory tracking systems is beneficial.
• Effective time management skills to handle tasks efficiently.

Compensation and Advancement

The salary for this position ranges from ₹14,200 to ₹22,000 per month, along with opportunities for growth within the company.
