Job Overview
Newchecks Solutions Private Limited is seeking dedicated individuals for the role of Picker / Packer at their facility in Kochi, Kerala. The role involves selecting and packaging products according to customer orders while ensuring accuracy and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately picking products from inventory according to customer requirements.
- Safely packing items to prevent damage during handling and shipment.
- Verifying product quantity, quality standards, and checking for expiry dates.
- Organizing products systematically and maintaining the cleanliness of the storage area.
- Fulfilling orders within designated time frames.
- Adhering to company safety protocols and operational procedures at all times.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum education qualification of 10th standard pass.
- Open to freshers without prior experience.
- Possess good communication skills and basic comprehension of job duties.
- Willingness to work in shift-based schedules.
Compensation
Monthly remuneration ranges between INR 15,000 and INR 20,000.
