Job Overview
We seek a dedicated Picker / Packer to accurately fulfill warehouse orders with precision and care. This role involves locating products efficiently, ensuring quality checks, and packing items suitably for shipment.
Primary Duties
- Utilize order sheets or handheld digital scanners to identify and gather ordered products from warehouse shelves.
- Conduct thorough quality inspections to detect any damage, defects, or absence of components in items prior to packing.
- Appropriately select packaging materials, wrap delicate goods, and securely seal shipments with tape or strapping.
- Accurately affix shipping labels, barcodes, and destination information onto packages for correct dispatch.
- Support inventory management tasks by replenishing shelves, relocating stock, and aiding in routine inventory audits.
- Adhere to warehouse safety standards and lifting guidelines to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Compensation
The monthly salary range for this position is between 15,500 and 19,000 INR.
