About the Role
We are urgently looking to hire Picker / Packer staff for the Blinkit Grocery Store located in Santragachi, Kolkata. The role involves various warehouse operations essential for day-to-day grocery order fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities
- Picking items from inventory as per order requirements.
- Packing items securely for delivery.
- Scanning products to ensure order accuracy.
- Sorting items systematically for efficient processing.
- Loading and unloading goods as needed.
Work Schedule
The position offers two shifts: 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM and 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM.
Compensation and Benefits
- In-hand salary of ₹12,400 plus Provident Fund and ESIC benefits.
- Total salary package of ₹15,000.
