About the Role
Ikamate is looking to hire diligent Picker & Packer personnel for their warehouse operations in Surat, Gujarat. The role involves efficiently picking customer order items and packing them securely for dispatch, ensuring quality and accuracy throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities
- Select items from warehouse shelves accurately according to customer orders.
- Securely pack products to prevent damage during transportation.
- Confirm product details including names, quantities, and order specifications.
- Inspect products for any defects, expiry status, and quality standards.
- Process orders promptly and with precision to meet delivery timelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and systematic arrangement of warehouse areas.
- Adhere strictly to warehouse safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure orders are fulfilled efficiently and on schedule.
Candidate Requirements
- Educational qualification ranging from 10th grade pass up to graduate level.
Compensation
The package ranges between ₹15,000 to ₹16,000 per month on a cost-to-company basis, with additional incentives linked to performance.
