About the Role
Ancy Hr Solutions Private Limited is recruiting Picker & Packer / Warehouse Associates on behalf of Blinkit for multiple locations across Odisha. Male candidates aged between 18 and 30 years with a minimum qualification of 10th pass are invited to apply. Both freshers and candidates with experience are encouraged to consider this opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately selecting items from warehouse shelves based on orders.
- Ensuring products are safely and correctly packed.
- Handling loading and unloading of goods and materials.
- Utilizing barcode scanners for product verification.
- Verifying product quantities prior to packing.
- Maintaining orderly and clean warehouse conditions.
- Adhering to company safety protocols and operational procedures.
- Assisting with other warehouse tasks as needed.
Candidate Requirements
- Ability to read and understand basic English.
- Physically capable of working in a warehouse environment.
- Open to shift work, including morning, day, and night shifts.
- Commitment to working 8 hours daily, 6 days per week.
- Demonstrates punctuality, diligence, and the ability to work cooperatively in a team setting.
Additional Information
The offered monthly salary ranges from INR 15,000 to 18,000. This position necessitates physical stamina and adherence to safety standards in a warehouse setting.
