Picker / Packer

About the Role

Join Zepto, a fast-growing quick commerce company, as a Picker / Packer in our dark store warehouse environment. This role requires efficiently selecting and packing grocery and household products for delivery, ensuring quality, proper labeling, and maintaining inventory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Quickly pick requested items from shelves using digital scanning tools or pick lists.
• Inspect products to verify they are undamaged, not expired, and suitable for packing.
• Safely pack goods into bags or boxes to protect them during transportation.
• Correctly label packages and organize them in the designated dispatch area for smooth delivery processing.
• Support inventory operations by assisting with stock counts, new stock placement, and maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of the storage area.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Minimum educational qualification of 10th pass or equivalent preferred.
• Age range between 18 and 32 years is generally expected.
• Basic literacy and strong focus on detail to work efficiently in a dynamic environment.
• Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting moderate weights throughout the work shift.
• Possession of valid PAN Card, Aadhaar Card, and active bank account necessary for salary payment.

Working Conditions & Compensation

• Employment at physical dark store or warehouse location (no remote work).
• Shift-based schedule with 6 working days per week.
• Monthly salary range approximately ₹17,000 to ₹19,000, excluding performance and attendance bonuses.
