Job Overview

We are seeking Warehouse Pickers for our facility located in Toranahalli, Bangalore. The role involves accurately selecting products from warehouse shelves, sorting and organizing items, and preparing orders efficiently for shipment.

Key Duties

• Pick products from specified warehouse locations following order lists.
• Verify quantities and details of items before picking.
• Sort and arrange picked items appropriately for packing.
• Pack goods securely and prepare them for dispatch.
• Handle all products with care to avoid any damage.
• Ensure accuracy in order picking and inventory handling.
• Adhere strictly to warehouse safety guidelines and procedures.
• Collaborate effectively with supervisors and warehouse colleagues.
• Achieve daily targets related to productivity and accuracy.

Candidate Requirements

• Open to both freshers and those with prior experience.
• Basic familiarity with warehouse workflows is beneficial.
• Physically able to perform warehouse duties comfortably.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy in tasks.
• Capacity to work fixed 8-hour shifts.
• Team player who can meet daily performance goals.

• Monthly Salary: ₹23,500
• Working Days: Approximately 26 days per month
• Shift Duration: 8 hours per day
