Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Picker to become part of our dedicated tmart department based in the UAE. Our tmart division aims to revolutionize grocery shopping by offering a no-queue, rapid 15-minute delivery service available 24/7.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily tasks related to store operations
• Receive, verify, and process purchase orders and invoices from Distribution Centers and vendors
• Unpack deliveries and replenish inventory accurately
• Carry out picking and packing duties according to online order requirements
• Conduct daily cycle counts to maintain precise stock levels
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the storage areas, ensuring safety standards are met

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Demonstrated punctuality and accountability
• Capability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Previous experience in retail or service sectors is advantageous
