Role Overview

We are seeking a committed and energetic Physiotherapy Assistant to collaborate closely with our clinical experts in delivering exceptional care to patients.

Primary Duties

• Support the Physiotherapist or Chiropractor during patient evaluations and treatment procedures.
• Prepare therapy rooms and ensure equipment readiness prior to sessions.
• Assist patients with therapeutic exercises under guidance.
• Provide help with rehabilitation activities, including mobility and gait training as well as transfer methods.
• Implement basic physiotherapy treatments as directed by the lead therapist.
• Maintain hygiene, sterilization, and orderly setup of treatment facilities and instruments.
• Observe patient comfort during sessions and promptly report any issues to the supervising therapist.
• Keep detailed records of patient treatments and progress.
• Manage appointment scheduling and offer support with front-desk tasks if needed.
• Guide patients on home care instructions and facilitate health education.
• Foster a professional, welcoming, and caring clinical environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy or 10+2 Diploma in Physiotherapy (DPT) or a certified course for Physiotherapy Assistants.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior clinical experience is advantageous.
• Basic proficiency with computers.
• Effective communication skills in English, Telugu, and/or Hindi.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly salary ranging from 18000 to 25000 INR, based on experience.
