Key Responsibilities

• Conduct workplace and functional assessments to aid client recovery.
• Create and manage graduated return-to-work plans and detailed task analyses.
• Guide clients through varied vocational rehabilitation pathways.
• Provide community-based rehabilitation services supporting functional and wellness goals.
• Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Deliver rehabilitation in clients’ homes, workplaces, and broader community environments.
• Use strong clinical reasoning to attain positive client outcomes.
• Contribute to maintaining a supportive, high-performing team culture.

Candidate Requirements

• Relevant qualifications with professional registration and an active practising certificate.
• At least two years’ experience in vocational and community rehabilitation.
• Demonstrated clinical reasoning skills and adaptability.
• Client-centric mindset paired with clear, professional communication abilities.
• Strong commitment to continual learning and professional development.
