Job description
Overview
Belvaa Senior Care, located in Whitefield, Bengaluru, is seeking a skilled and empathetic Physiotherapist to deliver physiotherapy and rehabilitation services focused on elderly patients and individuals recovering from surgeries, neurological conditions, and mobility impairments.
Key Duties
- Carry out physiotherapy evaluations and design customized treatment protocols.
- Implement rehabilitation and mobility-enhancing exercises tailored to patient needs.
- Support patients through recovery from surgery, neurological and orthopedic issues, and age-related challenges.
- Track patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary.
- Improve patients’ mobility, muscular strength, balance, coordination, and autonomy.
- Prescribe suitable exercises for bedridden or mobility-limited individuals.
- Keep detailed records of treatment plans and patient progress.
- Work closely with other healthcare providers including doctors and nurses.
- Educate patients and caregivers on appropriate exercises and mobility aids.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety in physiotherapy sessions.
- Engage in patient care meetings to contribute to overall rehabilitation strategies.
Qualifications and Experience
- Must hold a BPT (Bachelor of Physiotherapy) degree from an accredited institution.
- Valid professional registration or certification is required.
- Strong clinical expertise and hands-on skills in physiotherapy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A compassionate, patient-centered mindset.
- Experience in geriatric care, rehabilitation, hospital, or home-care environments is advantageous.
- Fresh graduates with solid clinical knowledge may also be considered.

Additional Details
Salary: INR 20,000 to 25,000 monthly, depending on expertise and fit.
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
Off Days: Sundays off weekly.
