Job description
About Better Rehab
Better Rehab is an organisation founded and led by clinicians who understand the realities and demands of clinical roles. The workplace offers genuine flexibility, realistic expectations, and a focus on sustainable, long-term careers in rehabilitation.
As a Physiotherapist here, you will have autonomy over scheduling your workweek, with options to work across community settings, the clinic, or from home. The emphasis is placed on delivering quality outcomes and care rather than meeting unrealistic performance metrics, allowing you to truly enjoy your career.
Role Responsibilities
Based at the Bella Vista office, you will provide support to NDIS participants through a diverse and meaningful caseload allocated via referrals. You'll work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team of 12 clinicians comprising occupational therapists, speech pathologists, physiotherapists, behaviour support practitioners, and allied health assistants.
Your caseload will encompass clients involved in NDIS, Rehabilitation in the Home, and Support at Home programs. This provides broad learning opportunities across activities of daily living, capacity building, assistive technology, equipment prescription, and home modifications. You will work closely with clients at varying stages of their support journey, delivering practical and client-centred care.
You will receive robust support through dedicated one-on-one supervision, monthly group supervision sessions, and clinical leadership backing for managing complex cases. This fosters your professional growth and ensures high standards of clinical practice.
What Sets Us Apart
- Clinician-led leadership at every level.
- Realistic KPIs focused on quality outcomes—not volume.
- Competitive base salary with reward programs including bonuses, additional leave, and professional development incentives.
- Autonomy over your calendar to suit your energy and priorities.
- Flexible personal professional development budget up to $2,500 annually.
- Paid travel allowance at $1.17 per kilometre.
- Eight weeks of paid parental leave.
- Access to national career opportunities across more than 30 locations.
Qualifications & Eligibility
- Full registration with AHPRA.
- Possession of a valid driver’s licence and access to a personal vehicle.
- NDIS clearance, Working with Children Check, and Police Check required or willingness to obtain these.
- Applicable experience ranging from new graduate (with AHPRA registration) to up to five years post-graduation.
Additional Information

If you feel passionate about this role but do not meet every requirement, you are still encouraged to apply.
