Position Overview

We are looking for a talented and meticulous Photographer/Videographer to produce top-notch visual materials that enhance our brand image and bolster marketing, social media, and promotional efforts. The selected candidate will exhibit exceptional skills in photography and videography, a keen aesthetic sense for composition and storytelling, and the ability to deliver professional content suitable for diverse formats and platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, capture, and produce superior photography and video content tailored for marketing, social media, websites, campaigns, and promotional use.
• Document products, individuals, events, retail locations, lifestyle shots, and promotional initiatives through photography and videography.
• Formulate creative concepts, shot lists, and visual themes aligned with brand identity.
• Oversee the entire content production cycle involving shooting, lighting, audio, editing, color correction, and final output.
• Refine photos and videos to achieve professional quality appropriate for various platforms and formats.
• Generate captivating short-form videos such as Reels, TikTok clips, Stories, and social media-specific content.
• Work closely with marketing and social media departments to craft content that supports campaign and business goals.
• Provide assistance for photoshoots, video productions, product launches, events, and specialized projects.
• Organize and maintain digital archives of photographs, videos, and related assets.
• Ensure all visual content adheres to company standards concerning quality, consistency, branding, and presentation.
• Keep abreast of modern visual trends, evolving social media formats, photography innovations, and video production techniques.
• Maintain and safely handle cameras, lenses, lighting setups, audio gear, and other production equipment.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Photographer, Videographer, Content Creator, or equivalent role.
• A robust portfolio showcasing diverse photography and videography skills across relevant content types.
• Expertise in operating professional cameras, lenses, lighting, audio, and additional production tools.
• Proficient editing capabilities utilizing Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent software.
• Deep understanding of composition, lighting techniques, color theory, storytelling, and visual branding principles.
• Experience producing content tailored for social media and digital marketing platforms.
• Creative mindset coupled with reliability, proactivity, and strong attention to detail.
• Competent in managing numerous projects simultaneously and adhering to deadlines in dynamic environments.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Capability to independently oversee projects from initial concept to final delivery.
• Educational background in Photography, Videography, Film, Media, Digital Marketing, or related fields is advantageous.
