Job Summary

Mores Techno seeks a skilled and creative Photographer / Videographer to produce exceptional visual content for its real estate projects and marketing efforts. This role entails capturing high-quality images and videos including property photography, cinematic walkthroughs, promotional contents, aerial drone footage, and corporate videos aimed at various digital and offline platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Photograph and film a variety of properties including residential, commercial, luxury, and investment listings for marketing purposes.
• Create cinematic walkthrough videos and capture lifestyle content illustrating property features and unique selling points.
• Shoot client testimonials, corporate content, events, and interviews across multiple locations.
• Demonstrate proficiency in using professional gimbals to create smooth cinematic camera movements like tracking shots and orbits tailored for real estate and social media.
• Operate drones safely and skillfully to capture aerial photos and videos relevant to project marketing while adhering to aviation regulations.
• Develop engaging content suitable for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, websites, and digital ads, converting property attributes into compelling stories.
• Edit videos using color correction, grading, sound additions, motion graphics, and adapt content for various formats including social media.
• Manage media assets effectively including organization, archiving, and backup of raw and final footage.

Technical Skills Required

• Comprehensive knowledge of DSLR/mirrorless cameras and manual controls such as ISO, aperture, shutter speed, and frame rates.
• Hands-on experience with professional gimbals and camera stabilization techniques for cinematic shooting.
• Practical expertise in drone operations including flight planning, safety, and aerial storytelling; possessing appropriate drone certification is advantageous.
• Understanding of natural and artificial lighting systems and audio equipment including microphones and recorders.
• Proficient with editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, and Lightroom.

Candidate Profile

• At least 2 years of professional experience in photography and videography, preferably in real estate, architecture, luxury lifestyle, hospitality, advertising, or commercial content.
• Strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating skills in photography, videography, gimbal use, and drone cinematography.
• Creative eye for architecture and interior composition, lighting, and storytelling.
• Willingness to travel frequently to project sites in Noida, Greater Noida, Delhi-NCR, and other locations.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines, juggle several projects, and maintain clear communication and coordination.
• Self-motivated, organized, and detail-focused individual.
