We are seeking a talented and proactive Photographer & Videographer to become part of our internal creative team. This role involves visual storytelling to portray our brand, personnel, products, and events through compelling photography and video content.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, capture, and deliver professional-quality photography and videography tailored for marketing, branding, corporate communication, events, product showcases, and social media platforms.
• Document executive interviews, company happenings, workplace culture, customer testimonials, and product demonstrations through video and photos.
• Edit video content suited for platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, websites, and internal purposes.
• Retouch and enhance photographs for both digital and print distribution.
• Produce both short and long video formats optimized for engagement on social media.
• Operate advanced professional equipment including cameras, lighting rigs, audio tools, stabilization gear, and drones (provided relevant licensing is held).
• Collaborate closely with Marketing and Creative departments to conceptualize and implement engaging visual campaigns.
• Maintain meticulous organization of digital assets, ensuring efficient storage and retrieval.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and tools in photography, videography, editing, AI-enabled creative platforms, and social media.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 3 years and up to 6+ years of professional experience in photography and videography.
• A strong portfolio showcasing commercial photography, corporate video projects, brand narratives, and social media content creation.
• Proficient hands-on expertise with DSLR or mirrorless camera systems, lighting setups, and audio recording equipment.
• Advanced skills in software including Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Lightroom, and preferably DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut Pro.
• Deep understanding of artistic elements such as composition, lighting techniques, color grading, sound design, and visual storytelling principles.
• Experience creating content primarily aimed at digital and social media audiences.
• Capability to oversee projects independently from initial concept through final production and delivery.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills suitable for fast-paced and collaborative work environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with technology sectors including AI, SaaS, or corporate settings.
• Skills in motion graphics and animation.
• Certification for operating drones, where applicable.
• Expertise in using AI-powered tools for editing, image refinement, or video production.
• Basic understanding of graphic design and branding concepts.
