Photographer & Retoucher

About the Role

Join Fenwick's dynamic Photo Studio team as a Photographer & Retoucher, responsible for producing high-quality product images for web use, including both model and tabletop photography. You'll work from our eCommerce Photo Studio at Brent Cross, collaborating closely with Studio Coordinators, Stylists, and the wider creative team to oversee the photography workflow from shooting, image curation, retouching, to final delivery. This position is ideal for photographers aiming to enhance their commercial photography and retouching skills within a fast-paced eCommerce environment across a wide range of product categories.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture consistent and accurate product photos in line with brand standards for digital channels.
• Collaborate with team members to manage the end-to-end photographic process.
• Maintain high standards of image selection, retouching, and timely delivery.

Candidate Requirements

• Degree in Photography or substantial professional photography experience.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and effective time management.
• Ability to perform proficiently both on-set and off-set, managing high-pressure targets.
• Experience in image retouching techniques.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills, with a team-oriented mindset and the ability to maintain strong working relationships.
• Self-driven and capable of independent work at pace, meeting strict deadlines consistently.
• Proactive collaboration to address challenges and meet demanding timelines.
• Familiarity with Monday.com, Google Sheets, Capture One, and Adobe Creative Suite is preferred.
• Experience using Profoto lighting equipment and Canon cameras is advantageous.
• Prior experience in a luxury photographic studio is a plus.
