Role Overview
This full-time, on-site Photographer position in Batumi entails planning and conducting photo shoots—covering equipment preparation, site selection, and liaising with clients or models when necessary. Duties include producing high-resolution images, photo reviewing and organizing, performing fundamental post-production edits to align with project specifications and branding, and maintaining photographic gear. The role demands effective coordination to align with creative briefs, meet schedules, and uphold the studio’s visual identity.
Qualifications and Skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of camera operation, composition, and lighting techniques for both indoor and outdoor sessions.
- Skillful use of photo editing and post-processing software such as Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop or their equivalents.
- Strong communication skills to interact with clients and teams, interpret creative directions, and offer professional guidance during shoots.
- Organized approach with excellent time management, precise file handling, and meticulous attention to shooting and editing details.
- Experience in studio and on-location photography with adaptability to varied project environments.
- Responsible handling and maintenance of photographic equipment, including basic troubleshooting capabilities.
- Previous professional experience or a portfolio showcasing relevant photography work; formal education in photography or visual arts is advantageous.
- Ability to work full-time on-site in Batumi and collaborate effectively within a team and client-focused setting.
