About the Role
Join Piclelo, a leading vintage photobooth rental company in Delhi NCR, as a Photobooth Operator. You will be instrumental in providing memorable experiences at weddings, parties, and corporate events by professionally managing the operation of our custom-built vintage photo booths featuring DSLR cameras, instant print technology, and digital sharing capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up, test, operate, and dismantle photo booth equipment on-site to ensure seamless event experiences.
- Perform real-time equipment monitoring and troubleshoot minor hardware and software problems with cameras, printers, and tablets.
- Welcome and assist guests, guiding them on booth usage and offering tips on posing and prop selection to capture timeless photos.
- Manage the instant printing process and support guests in sharing digital photos via QR codes, email, or social media.
- Maintain and replenish props, backdrops, and printing materials; efficiently handle guest queues during busy periods.
- Carefully handle vintage equipment, maintain inventory, and complete post-event reports to document usage and condition.
Candidate Qualifications
- Minimum educational qualification of 12th grade; college students or graduates preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills to engage a diverse audience with a friendly and approachable manner.
- Tech-savvy with basic proficiency in computer and tablet use, including booth-related software or applications; capable of simple troubleshooting.
- Physically fit to handle equipment weighing up to 25–30 kilograms and able to stand for extended durations throughout events.
- Highly reliable and punctual, with availability to work evenings and weekends, which are typical event hours.
- Preferably based in Gurgaon for ease of commuting; candidates from other areas of Delhi NCR considered if they can manage daily travel independently.
Desired Skills (Preferred)
- Experience in customer-facing roles such as events, hospitality, or retail.
- Basic knowledge of photography or lighting equipment operations.
- Comfort using mobile devices and tablets for check-in and photo sharing purposes.
- Creative flair for styling and directing guests to optimize photo quality.
- Interest or enthusiasm for vintage photography or themed event design.
Position Details
- Role: Photobooth Operator (Full-Time)
- Work Location: Gurgaon (preferred), with Delhi NCR candidates welcome if commute arrangements are feasible.
- Schedule: Approximately 20–22 working days monthly, primarily during evenings and weekends.
- Compensation: Negotiable discussion-based salary, approximately 25000 INR per month.
- Immediate joining preferred.
