About the Role

Parfums de Marly is seeking a skilled Photo Retoucher to become a vital part of the creative team. This role demands delivering polished, sophisticated retouching that enhances the elegance of all brand visuals, spanning digital platforms, print media, social channels, and global campaigns. The chosen candidate will merge technical mastery with a refined luxury aesthetic, applying meticulous attention to packaging images, campaign photos, and digital assets to uphold the brand's premium identity worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform detailed retouching of all Parfums de Marly images, ensuring elegance and refinement across various media including e-commerce, CRM, social media, and international campaigns.
• Improve product photos, campaign images, textures, reflections, and fine details while maintaining a natural yet high-quality appearance.
• Maintain consistent visual quality and flawless execution for every image delivered.
• Guarantee uniformity and brand harmony throughout all visual content, adhering to artistic direction, color schemes, lighting, and luxury standards.
• Support creative vision by proposing enhancements in retouching techniques, image aesthetics, and quality.
• Maintain thoughtful attention to detail to continuously elevate the brand's visual expression.

Profile and Competencies

• Between six to eight years of professional experience in high-end photo retouching, preferably within luxury sectors such as beauty, fragrance, or fashion.
• Mastery of Photoshop with advanced retouching skills and strong familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience utilizing AI-driven creative tools to augment image production and improve workflow efficiency.
• Proven track record retouching major campaign photography, product visuals, and brand assets on a global scale.
• An eye for elegance and luxury visual codes to assure image consistency across all outputs.
• Exceptional precision and quality orientation in workmanship.
• Proactive and firmly solution-focused approach to improve visual finalization and project delivery.
• Excellent organizational abilities, capable of managing fast-paced, interdisciplinary cooperation.
• Fluent English communication skills; familiarity with digital and website content is advantageous.

Additional Skills Preferred

• Knowledge or experience with motion design and 3D rendering is beneficial but not mandatory.
