Thyrocare Technologies Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated Phlebotomist for home sample collection in the areas from Vasna to Thaltej and Santhal to Bopal in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

Job Summary

The selected candidate will be responsible for collecting blood samples using Vacutainer, performing ECG tests, and completing MER forms during visits to patients' residences. Maintaining hygiene, ensuring patient care, and timely transportation of samples to the laboratory are critical components of this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit patients' homes as per schedule for sample collection.
• Perform blood draws safely and precisely using Vacutainer and other relevant procedures.
• Conduct ECG tests when required.
• Ensure correct labeling, barcoding, and documentation of samples.
• Maintain the cold chain and guarantee timely delivery of samples to the lab.
• Inform patients about test protocols and fasting instructions when necessary.

Eligibility and Requirements

• Possession of DMLT or MLT certification (mandatory).
• Candidates with B.Sc Nursing or GNM qualifications will also be considered.
• At least 6 months of experience in Vacutainer blood collection is required.
• Experience in home collection is advantageous.
• Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
• Willingness to travel within the designated coverage area.

• Proficient in Vacutainer blood collection techniques.
• Familiarity with proper sample handling, storage, and cold chain procedures.
• Efficient time management and punctuality.

Work Schedule and Salary

Full-time position with working hours from 6 AM to 2 PM.
Salary range: ₹18,000 to ₹20,000 per month (fixed).
