About the Role
The position involves managing international sales and export operations within a pharmaceutical context, requiring effective coordination with overseas clients and handling export inquiries, especially through B2B portals.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to export inquiries from international clients.
- Develop new pharmaceutical business opportunities globally.
- Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, and commercial offers for export sales.
- Follow up with prospects and successfully convert inquiries into confirmed sales.
- Maintain enduring relationships with international customers.
- Manage leads generated via IndiaMART and other B2B websites effectively.
- Keep detailed inquiry records and follow up promptly to close orders.
- Communicate with foreign clients through multiple channels including email, WhatsApp, video conferencing tools, and social media platforms.
