Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service experiences by fostering strong relationships with customers and exemplifying top-tier customer service standards across the team.
• Implement pharmacy initiatives and product launches that elevate patient care, drive sales, manage labor costs, monitor financial margins, and limit inventory loss.
• Advocate for patients’ interests by supporting patient-centered care within the professional scope and promoting company programs collaboratively.
• Lead a positive, patient-oriented environment that ensures product availability, adherence to service excellence, and achievement of business key performance indicators.
• Engage thoroughly in all aspects of the Fusion platform to maintain a consistent pharmacy experience across multiple sites.
• Represent company values actively, promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion, and cultivating an inclusive workplace atmosphere within the pharmacy team.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, performance evaluations, development, and succession planning for pharmacy staff.
• Establish and nurture strong team dynamics by providing motivation, balancing labor effectively, and maximizing employee potential.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies related to occupational health and safety, loss prevention, and other operational procedures, including staff training.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited institution.
• Hold an active pharmacist license in good standing for the province of practice.
• Certification in injection administration and First Aid is mandatory.
• Have a minimum of two years’ experience practicing as a licensed pharmacist.
• Experience using Kroll pharmacy software is preferred but not essential.
