Overview
Gunaseelam Clinic & Day Care Centre in Chennai is seeking enthusiastic D.Pharm and B.Pharm students, graduates, or freshers to join as Pharmacy Assistant Interns. This role offers hands-on experience in a clinical pharmacy environment, focusing on practical skills in pharmacy operations and patient assistance.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support in day-to-day pharmacy activities and billing processes.
- Monitor medicine inventory, including stock management and expiry date checks.
- Assist in packing and storing medications properly.
- Offer professional assistance and guidance to patients visiting the pharmacy.
- Keep pharmacy records organized and ensure cleanliness of the pharmacy area.
- Learn to manage pharmacy inventory and daily workflows under the supervision of experienced staff.
Requirements and Eligibility
- Current students or graduates holding D.Pharm or B.Pharm qualifications.
- Open to freshers with no prior work experience.
- Strong desire and willingness to learn practical pharmacy skills.
Additional Details
- Number of positions available: 2
- Compensation: Monthly stipend ranging between ₹7,000 to ₹7,500.
- Work Schedule: Full-time internship with 8-hour rotational shifts between 8 AM and 10 PM.
- Location: On-site at Gunaseelam Clinics, Chitlapakkam, Chennai.
- Internship duration: To be discussed.
