Position Overview

Primary Duties
- Provide accurate medication dispensing and patient counseling while adhering to healthcare regulations.
- Deliver excellent customer service to foster trust and cultivate repeat clientele.
- Work jointly with management to pinpoint growth and franchise expansion prospects.
- Manage inventory, handle record-keeping, and ensure efficient daily operations.
- Exhibit leadership by training and guiding team members with the aim of equipping them for franchise ownership roles.
