We take pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences in our Pharmacy services. This full-time, onsite pharmacist role in North York, Ontario, works closely under the Pharmacy Manager's leadership, emphasizing accuracy, timeliness, and patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately prepare, dispense, and manage medication distribution to patients promptly.
- Maintain adequate inventory levels for medications and over-the-counter supplements to meet patient needs.
- Offer thorough, friendly counseling to patients regarding new and ongoing medications, ensuring positive and proactive communication.
- Engage customers through public relations activities such as health awareness days and clinics to educate and promote health knowledge.
- Address patient and physician inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and positively.
- Monitor and control pharmacy dispensary costs at various operational levels.
- Provide continuous training and support to pharmacy colleagues, including technicians, interns, students, and pharmacy team members.
Qualifications and Skills Required
- A Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy along with a valid Class A Pharmacist license is mandatory.
- Exceptional customer service and professional conduct skills.
- Strong leadership and ability to manage and motivate team performance.
- Experience in applying community-based marketing tactics to grow the business.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Advanced problem-solving skills, including planning and executing action plans.
- Proficiency in personal computing; familiarity with Healthwatch and/or KROLL Pharmacy computer systems is a significant advantage.

Compensation
The hourly wage for this position ranges from $48.90 to $63.25, influenced by the candidate’s experience and the job location.
